Salt Cave of Darien: Slow Yoga Flow with instructor Gilly Lusby.

Slow Yoga Flow is where the flow of the class is dictated by you! Our Certified Yoga instructor, Gilly, will take into account the participant’s experience level when giving poses to strengthen the body & focusing the breath & mind. This class is appropriate for all levels. At this time, no props can be supplied by us so please bring a yoga mat, towel, blanket & 2 blocks (if you have them).
