LIMITED TO 4 PEOPLE. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT, BLANKET, TOWEL, 2 BLOCKS, IF YOU HAVE THEM and WEAR WHITE SOCKS AND A MASK (due to CT mandate, mask must remain on during class). Yoga Flow is a class inside the salt cave where the flow of the class is dictated by you! Our Certified Yoga instructor, Gilly Lusby, will collaborate and take into account the experience level of the participant when giving poses to strengthen the body from the inside out, while focusing on the breath and calming of the mind. This class is appropriate for all levels. Please bring items listed above.

We use Ringcentral for our video conferences which requires a download for the first time. You will receive the video link 15 minutes before class to the email on your registration.
