Ami-Lynn Bakshi is the co-founder, president and COO of Cafe Agave, Inc., a California-based company whose lead product is Cafe Agave Spiked Cold Brew Coffee. This is a unique to market, wine-based, ready to drink coffee cocktail in a can that launched in May 2018. She oversees all aspects of the company’s business from operations to sales.
Ami-Lynn is also a partner and business advisor for Sono 1420 American Craft Distillers, a local CT distillery building the
country’s first federally legal, cannabis (hemp-derived) alcoholic beverage brand. The distillery currently uses hemp seed in the mash bills and botanical blends of their products. The company is also active in the non-alcohol CBD space.
A graduate of San Diego State University, Ami-Lynn received both a B.S. and M.S in business administration (marketing and entrepreneurship).
As a resident of Norwalk, she is actively involved in the community, serving as the vice president of the board of the
Norwalk Senior Center. Ami-Lynn and her husband Jon have two sons.
