Well, Lauryn Evarts Bosstick of The Skinny Confidential has found her calling by becoming a voice for preventative skincare and has authored her latest book with a straight forward message in its title: Get the F*ck Out of the Sun. And Everwell looks forward to hosting Lauryn in conversation with acclaimed dermatologist Dr. Dennis Gross on all things skincare. This LIVE Zoom event will be a no-nonsense, possibly flamboyant, and totally eye-opening look into how we can better care for and protect our skin. Lauryn has spent almost 3 years interviewing some of the nation’s most respected skin experts and a whole host of celebrities to get the skinny on everything skincare. She’s also tried it ALL herself and has garnered significant wisdom from her experiences. We’re excited to support Lauryn in her plight to make preventative skincare cool!
Lauryn Evarts Bosstick has turned her passion for beauty, wellness and no-censor advice into one of the most distinctive global blogs, The Skinny Confidential. Along with being a blogger, Lauryn is a podcaster, two-time author, and founder of The Skinny Confidential product line. Lauryn co-hosts the popular cheeky entrepreneurial podcast, The Skinny Confidential HIM & HER, which has over 92 million unique downloads. She lives in Austin, Texas with her husband Michael, her daughter Zaza & their chihuahua Boone.
Dr. Dennis Gross, M.D., F.A.A.D, is a board-certified dermatologist and dermatological surgeon. With a deep interest in skin that is healthy as well as beautiful, Dr. Gross has executed extensive research at prestigious institutes, including Memorial Sloan-Kettering, on melanoma, and his research on skin cancer has been published in multiple peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Gross created his award-winning product line Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare™ in 2000. He and his skincare expertise have been featured in publications including The New York Times Magazine, Elle, Vogue, and Harper’s Bazaar, in addition to guest appearances on The Today Show, CNN, and The Early Show. Dr. Gross is a native New Yorker. He resides in Manhattan with his wife and business partner, Carrie, and their four children.
