SOS on the tech front? We get it. Striving for a healthy usage of technology within the family is something on most parents’ minds. Certified Parent Coach and Everwell’s Resident Parent Consultant, Jacqueline Telgheder, is here to help parents learn effective practices to address the dynamic between the family and screen technologies. In this hour-long workshop, Jacqueline will lead you through a multi-step process to support you in being proactive in your parenting by taking control of screen technologies in your family’s life. The workshop will be both big picture and doable action steps; for instance, we will cover strategies to determine your family’s tech values and move through strategies for long-term change. You will be given downloadable worksheets so that you can effectively absorb the content + apply the practices within your family. Workshop is geared toward parents with kids aged 7-16, whether or not your child has begun using screen devices.
