Salt Cave of Darien: Channeling the Divine Through Meditation and Reiki

During this class, Lisa will lead a guided meditation and perform Reiki, a Japanese technique for health and healing, upon each individual. When she places her hands on you, you will experience a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Along with quiet meditation during the time in the salt cave, you will feel rejuvenated in body, mind and soul.

As an intuitive energy healer and Reiki master practitioner who channels the angelic world and loved ones who have passed on, Lisa receives intuitive and numerical messages. You will be handed a card with your channeled messages enclosed from he heavenly realm. You will feel refreshed and renewed and will continue to heal even after the class concludes in the Salt Cave.
