Darien YMCA Healthy Kids Day®

On Saturday, April 30, the YMCA of Darien, Connecticut is holding a free community event to inspire more kids to keep their minds and bodies active at the annual YMCA’s Healthy Kids Day®, the Y’s national initiative to improve health and well-being for kids and families. All activities are designed to inspire kids to get active while simultaneously teaching families how to develop routines that support mental and physical health at home.

From face painting and a bounce house to kayaking in the pool, a relaxation room and family yoga, the day will be filled with fun family activities. Join us 10am to 2pm!
