Barrett Bookstore is THRILLED to welcome three of the hottest authors around to Darien for our annual Ladies of Summer event! This is the literary party of the year: a not-to-be-missed event. Ann Napolitano, Sunny Hostin, and Mary Beth Keane will join us for an engaging panel and live conversation and signing with guests. More about the authors and their brand new books below. Each ticket includes access to the party, a glass of wine, and light bites. Additional drinks will be available for purchase. This event is held at Wee Burn Country Club in Darien.
ABOUT ANN NAPOLITANO

Ann Napolitano is the author of HELLO BEAUTIFUL, an instant New York Times best seller and the 100th Oprah Book Club pick. Her novel Dear Edward was a New York Times bestseller, a Read with Jenna selection, a Barnes & Noble book club pick, and was named one of the best books of 2020 by The Washington Post, The Boston Globe, Real Simple, Fast Company, and others. Dear Edward was released as an Apple TV+ series starring Connie Britton earlier this year. Ann is also the author of the novels A Good Hard Look and Within Arm’s Reach. Sunny Hostin is a three-time Emmy Award-winning legal journalist, New York Times bestselling author, and co-host of The View. She is set to release the second book to her “Summer” trilogy, “Summer on Sag Harbor” on May 2, 2023. In May 2021, Hostin released her debut novel, “Summer on the Bluffs” (William Morrow), which skyrocketed to #11 on The New York Times Bestseller List and is currently being adapted into a series as the first major project for Sunny Hostin Productions.
