Welcome to the Pasta Party! Join me at Browne & Co. in Darien, CT for a delicious, action packed evening of pasta making, & new friends through the art of cooking. Get your hands dirty and knead the dough, roll it out, and shape it into various pasta shapes. For this class we will be making herbed fettuccine! We’ll learn how to transform a basic egg dough into a flavorful masterpiece. Then we’ll cook it all up and enjoy the fruits of our labor.
This in-person event is a fantastic opportunity to socialize, make new friends, and indulge in your love for pasta. Space is limited at 10 people per class, reserve your spot now.
In addition to pasta, I will be serving appetizers, & dessert. Please feel free to BYOB and enjoy!
