Opening Reception for GREETINGS FROM DARIEN: Historic & Contemporary Postcard Views

The Museum of Darien is hosting a champagne opening reception open to all, for its new exhibit, Greetings from Darien: Historic & Contemporary Postcard Views.. The reception takes place at 7pm on Saturday, October 21st in the historic Scofield Barn at the Museum. MoD’s Historic Postcard Collection will be on view with contemporary photographs by: Jim Farrell, Tom Gaughan, Martin Milewski, Karen Neems, Bambi Riegel, Laura Taylor and Tim Widmer. Admission to the champagne reception are $40 for members and $50 for non-members at museumofdarien.org.
The exhibit is open through spring 2024, with visiting hours on Tuesdays through Thursdays, from 11am-4pm. Admission to the exhibit and museum is $5. To find out more, visit museumofdarien.org or call (203) 655-9233. The Museum of Darien is located at 45 Old King’s Highway in Darien, CT.
