EAST COAST CONTEMPORARY BALLET 5th Anniversary Performance, ‘V’

The Darien Arts Center is hosting V, a program celebrating the 5th anniversary spring season of East Coast Contemporary Ballet, featuring 5 works and 5 choreographic styles. The evening highlights the versatility, technical prowess, and acute artistry of ECCB’s dancers and celebrates four different choreographers and their varying styles. Complete with live music, the program includes works by Dorothea Garland, Seyong Kim, Alejandro Ulloa and Claire Mazza. Performances take place on Friday, May 10 and Saturday, May 11 at 7:30pm in the DAC Weatherstone Studio.
Founded in 2019 by Claire Mazza, DAC Dance Director, and Alejandro Ulloa, East Coast Contemporary Ballet (ECCB) is a Connecticut-based dance company that performs seasonally in Connecticut and New York. Producing entirely original works, the company is committed to reaching diverse audiences and producing art that audiences can relate to and be inspired by.
