Senior Health & Fitness Day at the Darien YMCA

The Darien YMCA and our community partners and sponsors are welcoming Seniors to share a day of good health! Activities include Pickleball, Water Exercise, Light & Easy, Health Speakers & Screenings, Tai Chi, Chair Yoga, and partner resources in the lobby providing more healthy resources, and meet our visiting therapy dog! Community partners & sponsors include: Waveny Home Healthcare, Healthcare Pathfinder, On the Mend Medical Supplies, The Vascular Care Group, AAA, At Home Darien, Darien Human Services, Darien Library, Darien Senior Center, Nuvance Health, and ONS Stamford.
