Job Summary
We are seeking a Stocking Assistant to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and optimizing warehouse organization to support efficient operations. Additionally, the Inventory Specialist will be responsible for assisting in receiving and accurately tracking deliveries received at Leary’s on weekday mornings.
Responsibilities
– Oversee inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock levels
– Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and manage stock replenishment
– Implement efficient materials handling practices to optimize warehouse space
– Collaborate with the purchasing department to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships
– Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
