Moms’ Night Out: Pediatric experts on first foods, first teeth and first words

Three local pediatric specialists are coming together to present a unique and informative Moms’ Night Out event especially geared to moms of infants and toddlers. Spend a few hours child-free, connect with other moms and get insight from area specialists on early childhood topics. More specifically:

• Meet Julie Sweeney, MD, an area pediatrician for 15+ years and founder of SproutWell Pediatric Integrative Medicine. She will discuss first foods, early allergies and how early diet choices impact your little one’s health from infancy.

• Hear from Naomi Sedani, DMD, founder of lil’ Dente Pediatric Dentistry, who will talk about how to take care of baby teeth the right way and how oral care and diet can affect your child’s teeth.

• Learn how to support your little one when it comes to healthy breathing, swallowing and speech development from Jessica Stygares, MS, of The Speech Boutique.
