MELT Hand & Foot Treatment: Refocus & Recharge with Samantha Abrahams
Join Samantha Abrahams of OHM for Wellness as she leads you through a Melt Foot and Hand Treatment to erase pain and tension in your feet and low back brought on by everyday stress, overuse, and age. You will learn how the connective tissue in your body gets dehydrated, the common aches and pains it can cause, and how to rehydrate this essential system in our bodies for vibrant health and pain-free movement. This simple self-treatment can make your whole body feel better!
Instead of a coffee break, try another self-care option that will help you feel calm, revitalized, and ready to get stuff done!
If your work requires that you sit at your desk for many hours of your day give yourself the gift of MELT! The result of all of this sitting is core weakness, muscle imbalance, pelvic instability, and the accumulation of stuck stress in your body.
Cost: HAYVN Members: free, Non-HAYVN Members: $30
