Come join Barry Horton of B All About Your Body who will present “Dynamic Stretching”. This stretch class engages your body in a series of specific movements designed to increase elasticity, blood flow and muscle temperature. Perform these stretches on your mat while taking in the essential and healthy minerals from the salt! Please bring a mat, water and white socks. All levels welcome
