Mind Mapping: Finding Your Ideal Path at HAYVN

When was the last time you asked yourself what you wanted to do with your life?
The process of uncovering what you are meant to do, that is finding direction in your life or finding inspiration, is a journey. It starts with discovering the essential “you”: the person who truly resides behind the facades, defenses, and stressors of everyday life. Mind mapping is a unique approach that was developed by NASA as a method to help override thinking blockages for creativity. In this workshop, Phyllis Weihs-Yavner, a Licensed Psychotherapist and Certified Career Counselor, will help you design your own mind-map, discover new ways to solve problems, visualize ideas, organize information and create next steps towards your new journey of self-discovery.

Phyllis Weihs-Yavner is a Licensed Psychotherapist, Certified Career Counselor, Mental Health Consultant and speaker offering support to young adults, individuals and businesses. Phyllis has spent over a decade counseling college students in higher education and many years in her earlier career as a Human Resources Executive on Wall Street. Phyllis has a private practice in Darien, where she has lived for 20 years with her family.
