Barrett Bookstore 80th Anniversary Party/Battle of the Books!

Please join us at Barrett on Thursday, December 5 at 7PM to celebrate EIGHTY YEARS in business! We are thrilled to welcome Jim Mustich, author of 1,000 Books to Read Before You Die who will host an epic Battle of the Books. Five Darien town notables will compete, each pitching the one book that changed their life or that everyone should read before they die. Their passion, persuasiveness, and poise will be put to the test! At the end of the night, the audience will decide who will be championed the winner of the Battle of the Books!
Wine and cheese will be served, and there will be door prizes for attendees.
