Everwell’s Moms Night Out w/ Allergy Mom M.D., Julie Sweeney

Are you a mom who incessantly checks food labels? If your child (or your child’s friend) has food allergies, parenting takes on a whole new level of diligence + concern. We invite you to become acquainted with + learn from Allergy Mom M.D., aka Dr. Julie Sweeney. Julie is a lifelong Darien resident, a former “DHS Postie”, a pediatrician who now serves on the Post 53 Advisory Board & MBP Medical Advisor/alumni, and a mom of 3 boys who all have food allergies. Julie retired from clinical pediatrics a few years ago and founded Allergy Mom MD. She is the Consulting Medical Director for a virtual food allergy platform called Backstop and coaches parents of babies and kids with food allergies. Join us for an evening of education, support + connection. Moms need nights out to recharge with other moms, and we welcome you to do just that! (Open to anyone wanting to learn more about living with food allergies.)
