Everwell’s The 4 Pillars of Hormonal Health w/ Christine Skrypzak– Part 3: Movement

The 4 Pillars of Hormonal Health is a series made up of (4) events designed to build off each other + it’s encouraged to register for the entire series.
In this 4-part series, hormone health expert, Christine Skrypzak, CPT CHHC AADP, of The Burn Method and Thrive 9, will take us on an hormone expedition that’s all about achieving optimal health. Leading us through 4 sessions that are packed with relevant information for women (35 and older) and transformative tools, Christine will focus on the four pillars of hormonal health: nourishment, sleep, movement and balance.
During Session 3–Move, Christine will debunk some fiercely held beliefs about exercise and share the “Goldilocks” amount of fitness for optimal hormonal health, while helping us set realistic expectations and practice consistency.
