We are all missing Everwell mini-massage dates with local licensed massage therapist, Jayne Hall. Whether you find yourself crouching over a screen or feel the stress building from within, Jayne is going to offer us some tips for self-massage and stretch to give your body the release it needs. Join us over Zoom in comfortable clothes, with space to stretch out, a tennis or lacrosse ball and a towel.
