Navigating Emotions: Finding Balance and Making Healthy Choices
November 19 @ 7:00 pm - 8:15 pm
The holidays can bring both joy and heightened stress, particularly for those impacted by domestic violence. With federal funding for the nation’s domestic violence services at risk, support for our community is needed now more than ever. These challenges affect women, men, and children alike, leaving families vulnerable at a critical time.
Join us at the Darien Library on November 19 at 7 PM as the Darien Domestic Abuse Council (DDAC) sponsors a powerful session with Robert DiRoma, LMSW, LADC. This event will focus on better managing our emotions and making healthier choices, especially as we head into the holiday season.
Let’s turn concern into hope!
🗣️ RSVP today to join this important conversation. Together, we can support each other and build a healthier, stronger community.
