Mother/Daughter Session: 2 – 3:30pm
Women Session: 4 – 5:30pm
In partnership with Dynamic Martial Arts we will be hosting a special self-defense workshop. Each workshop will cover a variety of topics geared towards increasing strength and confidence as well as teaching several valuable tools for different self defense situations, all while getting a great workout and having fun. The Mother/Daughter workshop will go over different blocks, strikes and combinations for street defense and different escape moves when put in a dangerous situation.
