Spring Equinox Breathwork with Mary Heaven at Inner Light

Join Mary Heaven for a night of Breathwork!
Breathwork with Mary Heaven – Come to The Studio on Wednesday the 18th of March from 7p – 8:15p for an evening of guided breathwork, an active form of meditation that brings us out of our busy minds and back into our bodies. It connects us with our heart centers, strengthens our intuition, removes emotional blocks and helps us cultivate a deeper sense of self-love. We will begin with a brief explanation of the practice, followed by intention setting and then led into 30 minutes of active breathing (set to music!). The practice will end with some essential oil application & a blissful post-breath rest period.
Mary Heaven is a Certified Breathwork Facilitator and is a board-certified Diplomate of Acupuncture through the National Certification Commission of Oriental Medicine and is licensed to practice in Connecticut & New York. She is a graduate of Tri-State College of Acupuncture’s three-year Master’s of Science in Acupuncture program.
