You’ll learn how to make a Salmon Niçoise
Salad Niçoise is a classic french salad, invented to remind Parisians of their summers in the south of France. It took advantage of the latest culinary technique, canned food, and brought green beans and anchovies to the table out of season.
Normally made with tuna, I will show you my version with salmon and a lemon dressing.
At the end of the workshop you’ll be able to to take dinner home!
