Fellow moms are lifelines when motherhood is every moment of every day.
The first year of being a new mom can evoke powerful emotional and physical change. Connecting with other women in a similar life space (with babies (0-12m) can offer comfort + much needed friendship. During nap time, join this ongoing gathering of moms over Zoom, with facilitator and certified Parent Coach + Everwell’s Resident Consultant, Jacqueline Telgheder. Together, we will build a safe space for emotional balance while connecting with other awesome moms. Conversations will be a combination of thoughtful prompt responses, friendly connection and resource exchange. All gatherings are rooted in the acceptance and respect of all moms who attend.

(6) week series that meets weekly on Tuesday afternoons from 1:30-2:30pm. Nov 10-Dec 15, 2020.
