Todd Harrington: My Friend the Moon at Barrett Bookstore

Please join Darien native Todd Harrington as he reads from and discusses his new children’s book, My Friend the Moon:

Lily always looks at the world around her with joy and wonder, and she’s at that young age when making friends is so important, but not always easy, except when it comes to the Moon. It all starts one clear night when Lily goes outside for a walk with her dog and notices the big, bright moon following loyally above her. And from there, a magical friendship begins.

​My Friend the Moon is a book that’s fun to read aloud to preschoolers and toddlers alike, and with words simple enough for a beginning reader to enjoy reading on their own as well.
