We are DELIGHTED to welcome our annual WHERE’S WALDO hunt back to Darien for summer fun!

WHAT IS WHERE’S WALDO? Where’s Waldo is a community-wide Shop Local scavenger hunt hosted by Barrett Bookstore + our independent bookseller friends across the nation. See below for a complete list of participating stores.

WHO CAN JOIN IN THE FUN? Kids of any age!

HOW DO I PARTICIPATE IN WHERE’S WALDO? Starting on July 1 2022, Waldo- spotters, young and old will hunt in stores around town and try to fingure out where Waldo is hiding in each store. To get ready, you’ll need to swing by Barrett Bookstore and grab your Where’s

WHAT’S THE END GAME? Barrett Bookstore will host a celebratory party on Friday, July 29 at 3PM, complete with snacks, stories, and prizes. To join in the fun, simply e-mail: eventsbarrettbooks@gmail.com to reserve your spot.
