Lindsay Donnelly is the founder of Authentic Community Marketing LLC. She has spent her career building innovative customer experiences at both tech-based startups and traditional corporations; including Jetblack, Trunk Club, and AT&T. Her most recent role reported to the Chief Revenue Officer at Jetblack, where she managed the intersection of marketing, customer service, and product development. With the mass adoption of social media, Lindsay has led in her demographic by founding and running communities based on Instagram, Clubhouse, and Facebook – spanning over 20,000 active members. She has personally acted as a content creator, event marketer, and social media manager for the past 4 years with small businesses in her community and knows the needs of a small business owner deeply. Lindsay is a graduate of the top-10 ranked University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications, and in the current 2021 cohort of HER Digital Incubator. She enjoys photography and exploring new places with her family.
