As a general partner, Jon seeks out special or distressed situations for the development of mixed-use properties. This commercial real estate portfolio continues to grow, and the returns have been exemplary.
Joseph serves as a partner at V20 Group, LLC., and as a commercial real estate developer. Joseph joined V20 Group in 2018 with a focus on growing the business and contributing analytics expertise. He is involved in all facets of the development process including site acquisition, ground-up construction, leasing, property management, and maintaining the landlord/tenant relationship.
