SEAMORE'S is excited to open in Darien, CT early this summer, bringing our passion for sustainable seafood from NYC to the Connecticut region. Restaurateur Jay Wainwright has joined forces with General Manager Francisco Barboza and local chef, Shannon Sturz, to curate a menu that reflects local flavors and supports the local fisheries. We hope to be your neighborhood restaurant offering refreshing craft cocktails, fresh oysters on the half shell, and our signature Reel Deal.
With an "endless summer" experience, Seamore’s is a place where you can come with a group of friends, spend a reasonable amount of money, have a nice night out, and (most importantly) eat something healthy. In a taco, sandwich or bowl - your food will always have that fresh catch flavor as the menu is focused on sustainable fishing.
